To return your PlayStation to us, you’ll need to pack it ready for shipping.
Before you get started, m ake sure that you’ve rem oved any gam es, discs and
m em ory cards from your console. Also, please don’t include any cables or
accessories, we only need the console from you.

To get your PlayStation device repaired, you’ll need to send it to us. Here’s how:
1. Pack your item(s) as carefully as possible. This will help to make sure it gets to
us safe and sound.
2. Print the label on A4 paper and securely attach it to the parcel. If the proof of
postage is attached to the label, separate it and keep it safe.
3. Stick the label to the parcel. Make sure that the address and barcodes are clearly
visible.
4. Do not use the same label for a second parcel. If you’re sending multiple parcels,
make sure that you request a label for each one.
5. Send it to us. Take the parcel to a post office and send it. The label includes all
of the relevant information. Postage is free!
