Please write down the definition of the following words in the context of Hotel Management,
translate them into Indonesian language with YOUR OWN WORDS, and make a sentence by using
the word with YOUR OWN WORDS too..

1. Personal touch
English (Eng) : An original or special quality, or something that is done for every
single person in a group in order to make it special.

Indonesia (Ind) : Kualitas asli atau spesial, atau sesuatu yang dilakukan untuk

2. Personnel
English (Eng) : The people who are employed by a company or organization.

Indonesia (Ind) : Orang-orang yang dipekerjakan oleh perusahaan atau organisasi.

3. Tip
English (Eng) : An extra amount of money that you give to someone in order to
thank them for providing you with a service.

Indonesia (Ind) : Jumlah tambahan uang yang Anda berikan untuk seseorang untuk

4. Work record
English (Eng) : A detailed report of all the jobs you have held, including the
company name, job title, and dates of employment.

5. Work shifts
English (Eng) : The time period during which you are at work.

Sentence : I usually scheduled to work shift that run from 8am to 3pm.

6. Fire escape
English (Eng) : A set of metal stairs, especially on the outside of a building, that
allows people to escape from a burning building.

when you are not working or in spare time.

Indonesia (Ind) : Suatu cara untuk menikmati diri sendiri dengan melakukan
beberapa hal yang ingin Anda lakukan ketika Anda tidak bekerja
atau di waktu luang.

13. Room service

English (Eng) : In a hotel, the serving of food and drink to customers in their
rooms, or the people who do this work.

Indonesia (Ind) : Di hotel, penyajian makanan dan minuman kepada pelanggan di
