Let us first define what is anxiety? Anxiety is a feeling of sadness, loneliness, or being upset. Anxiety exists and is also
known as fear of the unknown. Everyone experiences stress; everyone has fears, and phobias. However, anxiety and fears are
unusual and should be taken seriously. It isn’t something that one is apply to experience. It may result to breakdown and worst
suicide. Now how do we know if one has anxiety and what can we do to help?

Discrimination is one of the many factors why children felt that they are too peculiar. It may lead them hating
themselves and made them sad. This is the type of problem that we don’t usually give importance. If your fear, worry, or anxiety
is upsetting you and it’s hard for you to control, it’s important to find treatment strategies. To help you resolve your anxiety
trigger, you must identify and learn to manage your triggers. You can identify triggers on your own, triggers are something that
sets off a memory tape or flashback transporting the person back to the event of his or her original trauma. Sometimes they are
obvious such as caffeine, drinking alcohol, or smoking. To manage your triggers you must do a daily routine meditation like yoga
to help you relax your mind. Try supplements or change your diet. Taking supplement is definitely a long-term strategy but helps
keep your body and mind healthy by exercising regularly, eating balanced meals, and getting enough sleep. Healthy lifestyle will
give you positive outlook that may lessen or remove anxiety eventually.

Therefore I can say that anxiety is an emotion of an individual, maybe sadness, loneliness, or being upset. But then
again there’s a lot of ways on how we can cope up with anxiety. Try writing down your thoughts, what’s makes you anxious get it
out of your head through writing or confessing to others. Anxiety is not a joke so it should be treated seriously.
