Ten Commandments of Human Relations

1. Speak to people.

Insight: You should speak to people so that they never think that you are strict.

2. Smile at people.

Insight: Smile to them so that they will never be afraid to approach on you.

3. Call people by name

Insight: It is nice that you call them by their name because calling by their name means
you have the interest to be with them.

4. Be friendly and helpful .

Insight: You should be friendly so that if there is a task their will be someone will help
you and also be helpful because if you are helpful somebody will never forget you.

5. Be cordial .

Insight: You should act of who you are and be real. Show how interested you are to
people, don’t be plastic.

6. Be genuinely interested in people.

Insight: To build a strong foundation you should be genuinely interested to people. You
should of who you are.

7. Be generous with praise-caution with criticism.

Insight: you should give praises to someone to make them motivated and if ever their
will be a mistake reinforce them with a positive criticism.

8. Be considerate with the feeling of others.

Insight: You should consider the feelings of others to avoid misunderstanding so you
cannot hurt the feelings of others.

9. Be thoughtful of the opinion of others .

Insight: You should be open minded and accept the opinion of others. It will help you to
correct what is wrong.

10. Be alert to give service.

Insight: Be a girl scout or boy scout “always ready”
