BBAT standing position

BBAT intends to increase the practitioner’s body awareness through I-strengthening exercises. The exercises
strengthens the practitioner’s capacity for mindfulness - the ability to actively direct one’s awareness towards
experiences occurring in the present moment.

1. Relaxation in standing position 2
Stand upstraight. Move the knees, hips and pelvis. Make
a small twist in your torso. Raise and lower your
shoulders. Nod and shake your head so that the neck
feels free. Bounce a little with your heels. Breathe freely.

2. Sink down along the balance line
Stand upright with hip-width distance between your feet.
Bend your knees and hips and sink down through your
balance line. Push yourself up and return to the starting
position.

3. Dionysos
Stand with hip-width distance, center of gravity in front of
you. Lower yourself along the balance line on a "Ah"-
sound (Dionysos), raise up again on inhale. Return to the
starting position. Repeat.

4. Rotation through the balance line
Stand upright. Rotate your upper body side to side along
your balance line.

5. Relaxation in standing position 2
Stand upstraight. Move the knees, hips and pelvis. Make
a small twist in your torso. Raise and lower your
shoulders. Nod and shake your head so that the neck
feels free. Bounce a little with your heels. Breathe freely.

6. Push exercise 2
Stand in a walking position with a good supporting base.
Sit down as if you were to sit down into a saddle. Focus
on a spot in front of you. Put your hands up in front of
your center.

7. Ankle bounce
Stand upright with your eyes forward. Lift your heels off
the floor and come down again with light "bounces".
