Problem Statement/ Challenges Faced By Client:

Problem Summary: As of now in oracle application we don’t have the facility to

capture the sales of individual flats or plots with the payment schedule or milestone
completion and we don’t have Broker commission calculation on brokerage of the sale
of plot or flats.

Proposed Solution:
 Property APPS is a custom plug-in for Standard Property Manager Application of
Oracle E-Business Suite. Standard Property Manager Module is used to define
the Real Estate objects like Property or Project, Land, Building, Floor, Section,
Flat, Plots. PA (Property APPS) plug-in is used to manage the sales related
activity of these Real Estate objects like sale of property unit to the customer or
joint customers, Transfer of Property Unit, Cancellation of Property Unit
 Scheduling the payment installment of Property Unit for customers, Brokerage on
the Property Units etc.
 PA module is fully integrated with standard Oracle Receivables and standard
Oracle Payables
 For adding a Joint Owner to any existing Unit Reservation, a ‘Joint Owner’
relationship must be established in the eBusiness/TeleSales Responsibility
between the 2 joint owners.

Plans Ahead:
In future, planned to implement this user access automated solution in the ERP core
business applications to improve uniform access provision/ Lower manual error/ secure
controls with audit mechanism for user access and to implement role based user access
(RBAC) in the application arena with multiple environments.
