DEED OF SALE OF MOTOR VEHICLE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, ALLAN ABANTO MOJICA, of legal age, married, Filipino citizen and with residence and
postal address at Purok 1, Barangay Camambugan, Labo, Camarines Norte for and in consideration of
the sum of TEN THOUSAND PESOS (P 10,000.00), Philippine Currency, to me in hand paid to my full
satisfaction by DENNIS BUNGGAO, likewise of legal age, married, Filipino citizen, with residence and
postal address at Purok 2, Barangay San Rafael, Jose Panganiban, Camarines Norte by virtue of these
presents, do hereby SELL, TRANSFER and CONVEY, unto the said DENNIS BUNGGAO, his heirs, assigns
and successors-in-interest, my motorcycle, more particularly described as follows, to wit:

That I am the lawful owner of the above-described motor vehicle having acquired the same by
purchase from CAROLINA DEL VALLE JUEGO by virtue of a DEED OF SALE OF MOTOR VEHICLE executed
on October 10, 2017 before Notary Public HECTOR L. LAGANSON and entered in the Notarial Register as
Doc. No. 216; Page No. 44; Book No. 43; Series of 2017; copy of which shall form an integral part of this
instrument;

That I hereby warrant unto the said DENNIS BUNGGAO full title and ownership over the vehicle
above-described, free from all liens and encumbrances in favor of any person or entity.

That the motor vehicle herein sold is in good running condition and is not among listed or
reported missing, stolen or carnapped vehicle;

That the VENDEE shall hold the VENDOR harmless from the consequences arising from any
accident involving the vehicle and that the VENDEE shall fully assume responsibility for such
consequences;

That this instrument may be registered for the purpose of transferring the ownership of the
said vehicle in favor of the VENDEE.
