BINANGKAL

Ingredients:
¾ cup 3rd Class Flour
3 tsp Baking Powder
1 ½ cup Brown Sugar
3 Tbsp Oil/Butter (melted)
6 Tbsp Milk (skimmed/powdered)
¾-1 cup water
1/8 tsp Salt (pinch)
Sesame Seeds (for coating)
Oil (for frying)
Eggs (Optional)

Procedure:
1. Measure and sift dry ingredients (flour and baking powder). Set aside.
2. Dissolve skimmed/powdered milk in water. Set aside.
3. Mix oil/butter and sugar in a bowl. (If using eggs, do creaming method).
4. Add flour mixture and milk mixture alternately. (dry-liquid-dry).
5. Mix well until a dough is formed. Let it stand for a few seconds.
6. Form balls about 1 ½ and roll it over the sesame seeds coating it all over.
7. In a pan, heat oil. Deep fry each ball until light brown and done in the inside.
8. Drain excess oil.

 You may make cuts or slits if needed.
