I have an assignment for you.

This assignment is basically an exercise to get you thinking and for me to

learn more about. As we all know mindset is everything. It can create a Rockstar or it can make you act
like a Bum. For the people on my team I am looking for all Rockstar’s.
Our company has a vision for this EMPIRE/business and you guys would be a very large part of that
vision. This is why it is so important that you understand our requirements for being part of our team.
When I say you are a Rockstar, I mean it. What makes us who we are is how we choose to overcome
situations and create other opportunities for ourselves. As a company “we are only as good as our
weakest link”. Someday there will be no weak links. Discover ways to create more rapport with our
clients, discover more creative ways to overcome objections, learn how to turn more no’s into yes and so
on. You should constantly want to improve and constantly want to grow in your position and more
importantly in life.

Now, I want you to think for a moment. I want you to think about why do you wake up every day? What
makes you stay up all night and work the hours you do every single day? I call this your “WHY”. What is
your why? Don’t give me a simple answer that you haven’t given thought to. Why you are willing to
work crazy hours, deal with family issues, cook clean, lose sleep and so on?
I will tell you mine. The reason I get up every single day is for my children. I have a burning desire to be
successful no matter what the cost. I am dedicated to creating a lifestyle for my family and not just a
living. I am creating an empire for them all. I am creating a pathway to financial freedom for generations
to come so that we can have the time to be with each other. Most importantly: To serve GOD! Without
him we are all nothing.
I just want to understand you more and help you realize that we are not just another job. You have
tapped into an opportunity. We all have ups and downs, but we have to learn to lean on each other to
be uplifted again and to be held accountable.
