Dear Mr.

Co Worker Sir,

I really like your instructions they were thorough and gave us a good step by step on replacing a
worn faucet washer. The illustrations were also really great they gave us an image of what to
look for when doing this job. If you are looking to put these instructions on the internet I might
have some tips to make them more approachable. The way they sit as of right now the sections
are super long and I kinda get lost in the more lengthy steps. I think that all of the information is
prevalent but try to separate the langther steps into more steps. You can also add more detail
into each step when you do this. In the first step if I had no idea what a shut off valve looked like
or where it would be located I would have a problem with your instructions. Try to be more
specific in that aspect imagine that I have never even seen plumbing and that I am incredibly
ignorant. Try something within the lines of “look you two lines towards the back of the sink with
valve fittings turn the water on and turn the valves until the water stops”. This little tweak to your
sentence structure could really help people who are trying this for the first time. I know it is way
easier to just say “repeat step 2” to assemble but I might have gotten lost in step 3 and need a
reminder of how to do step 2 in reverse. I would just give a brief summary of how to reassemble
the foset to clear any confusion. Over all the instructions were very thorough and well done. I
am excited to see what you can do with the advice I have given you. I look forward to seeing
your instructions online.

Sincerely Andrew Coleman
