Fixed Deposit Claim Letter

This letter is the fourth we have sent regarding your fixed term deposit of Six
Million, Eighty Thousand United States Dollars (US$6,080,000.00) fixed for a
term of two years in fixed deposit account no: 0084927002 bearing your
name.

The fixed deposit has matured and long overdue for you to claim the principal
sum as well as the interest. We have tried severally to reach you on phone,
email and post without success. In this regard, we will be left with no option
other than to turn the principal sum and the interest to the national treasury if
you do not show up after the 30th day of October, 2019.

To avoid this, you should immediately avail yourself by making sure you claim
your fixed sum. As you can see, it is clearly stated in the terms and conditions
which you consented to before we accepted your deposit: any fixed sum that
is not claimed for more than three years after maturity shall be forfeited.
Please, do come forward as soon as you can to claim your deposit to avoid
the inevitable forfeiture of the mentioned deposit. We look forward to seeing
