On March 15, 2019, I got information about the work offered by PT Frisian Flag through
Instagram and then found out the information through PT Frisian Flag's official website. I am
very interested in the GT supervisor, which is displayed through the official website of the
Frisian flag. I am a fresh graduate from Riau University majoring in Chemical Engineering and I
am very happy about this opportunity to combine my abilities in engineering and marketing to
focus on pairing Frisian flag products consisting of sweetened condensed milk, ready-to-drink
milk, mother's milk and toddlers, and Friso.
One of the company's desired abilities is the focus of marketing, the supervisor GT
program is my motivation. As engineering, I have felt under pressure and still have to complete
the target of graduation, unlike the marketing assignments, I am interested in the challenges of
rejection and achievement of targets that must be completed as a supervisor of GT. From my
childhood, I have never used Frisian flag products, in my opinion, because marketing is still not
touching millennial parents, this problem is an interesting challenge in this millennial era.
My first job experience was as an online trader who sold shoes and wallpaper for two
years. During the first year, each month experienced a 15-20% increase in income, in the second
year it decreased due to the growing digital area that provides online store applications. I
overcome this problem by developing strategic partnerships in the campus area and adjusting
updates for social media every day. Part of my success is the enthusiasm for continuing to learn
because working with the team on a job, there must be a solution, "giving up is not the solution,
learning is the solution."
