    1 Fill out all areas shaded in Gray


    a. Note: Transmittal number is typically the project number followed by a transmittal designation
    For Example:
    Proj. No. = B-2007-134
    Transmittal No. = B-2007-134-TR-01
    Where,
    TR01 would change sequentially with each transmittal issued
    2 Remove shading
    3 Fill out Document No., Document Name, and Revision columns for all documents being transmitted
    4 Save Form on P drive at specific project location
    5 Create PDF of Transmittal
    6 Send to Client
    a. Via Email: Send PDF of Transmittal along with documents to client via email
    b. Hardcopy: Print Transmittal form and documents and handover to client
