by my above clients for filling a suit .

But you are not coming to the court and taking any stapes of the above suit at the result of which we are
suffering lose of injury.

There for you are requested not to take any stapes by virtue of power of attorney agreement here with.

That power of attorney is here by with drown date notice you are no longer attorney of my above client.

I have been appointed as a commissioner to inspect the suit property . as per
order of the l.d court i served notice upon the plaintiff and defendant on and
i went to the venue at 11 am and disclose my identity and asked them to identify
the suit property . plaintiff show the suit land and identified it and in their
presence at 11.15 a.i started my inspection in presence of debdeep sarkar i. E
plaintiff and moitali sarkar and also two witness and i finished the inspection at 2
p.m.

• I have observed the following.

• I have started the commission from the southern part of the suit
property . at first i have seen the A and B construction which is
constructed with ten shade roof , ten side wall with concrete half wall .
one board is hanging over the A construction namely Health Drop .

• I see the another board inside of A construction namely Arts Faculty .

• I see the another B construction ted with ten shade roof , ten side wall
with concrete half wall . it has three doors and five window . b
construction situated just beside the A construction

• I see the c construction which is constructed with ten shade roof ,

concrete side wall . it has three windows and one doors . it is situated
just left side of A construction .

• After the A construction there is some places which is covered with

bushes .

• After the c construction and beside the bushe there is a vacant land and
on the right side of this vacant land one well is situated .

• After the bushes bearing no there is a toilet which is identified by

G and it is constructed with ten shade roof with ten side wall .
