Evangelista our teacher in oral communication and the assistant
principal and also to our principal Ma’am Orencia it’s my
pleasure to be here in front of you. I’m here to discuss to you
about depression
So what comes on you’re mind when you hear the word
depression? Is it new for us? Definitely no because we all know
that depression is very common to all people every people
experiencing this kind of mental illness. We all know that
depression is very hard to take and we also didn’t know the
person who are depress. According to my research more than
300 million people of all ages are suffering from depression but
more women are affected by depression than men. Why girls are
more affected by depression? The triggers for depression appear
to differ with women more often presenting with internalizing
symptoms and men presenting with externalizing symptoms.
They are also up to suffer from anxiety disorders or to attempt
suicide. And also they are exaggerated to everything that’s why
girls are more affected of depression. To be honest I also
Experience depression I thought in myself that I’m a strong
women person but no when my doctor tells us about my
condition I feel sad and yes we have so many problem in our
family but I feel I don’t care with that I just forcing myself to be
happy and not think it deeply because I know that all the
problems will end as well.
Depression negatively affects person mentally. A sad feeling is
the most widely common symptoms of depression but that is not
the only symptoms of being depress the second is worthless
some people are thinking that they are not worth it and doesn’t
have a purpose in life. The third one is being hopelessness and
helplessness others are thinking that you will never get away
with it and seeking for help but there’s nothing will help you.
And I learned in myself that don’t be too contented on
yourselves.
If you are suffering from depression please seek help.talk to
someone, commit with yourself. enjoy your life don’t think
deeply because everything has a solution for every problem

DESERVE IT and God will always be there for us.
