other components
for the management

has been 4 years he
is already diagnosed
with diabetes
mellitus but still
does not change his
eating habits.

Base on his physical

assessment, the
client has an
amputated leg, an
undiagnosed
hypertension, and he
is starting to have a
blur vision. Prior to
the homevisit, the
client was also
bitten by a rat on his

“Tuwing umaga
gusto ko talaga mag
Pares, masarap kasi
sa pakiramdam
kapag humihigop ka

served with rice and
a bowl of soup
usually being sold in
“karinderyas” a
roadside diner-style.
“Libre naman yung
gamot ko sa health
center kaya hindi
rin ako nauubusan
ng insulin”.
