Hereby resolves:

1. Recommends to learn more about the process of malaria which may happen by;
a. Plasmodiums changing forms ;
b. Disguised plasmodiums infiltrating the cells;
c. Parasites heading to red blood cells disguised as red cells;
d. Parasites attacking red blood cells in repeated times;
e. Antibacterial which cause flu-like symptoms with further reactions;
2. Recommends CRISPR which will help changing genetic information not only in isolated species
and creating immuned species by;
a. Pairing immuned genes of mosquitos;
b. Preventing plasmodiums to inhabit the body of mosquitos;
3. Recommends member states to immediately apply the technology considering the urgency
4. Recommends member states to estimate the highly-escalated technological advancement
through:
a. Handling with high care;
b. Conductiong more dicussions regarding the proportionality with the urgency.
