Final choice Collective Variable Pension (CVP) - at retirement

You have a pension at Shell Nederland Pensioenfonds Stichting (SNPS) and will be retiring shortly. At
that moment you will have to make a final decision for a fixed or a variable pension.

■ If you have both gross and net pension at SNPS, you only need to complete one form. Your choice
applies to both pension schemes.
■ If you only have a net pension at SNPS, this form only applies to your net pension.
You can find more information about pension choices in the brochure about pension options and on
www.shellpensioen.nl.

Please note: Please ensure we receive your form at least two months before you retire. If you do not
choose or do not choose in time, you will be deemed to have chosen to participate in the CVP. You will
then receive a variable pension from retirement. This also applies if previously you made a preliminary
choice for a fixed pension. You cannot change your final choice(s) after retirement.

Explanatory notes:
If you have a partner when you retire, as a standard, SNPS will also purchase a partner’s pension at
your retirement. This lifelong partner’s pension is paid to your partner if you die after you retire.
However, you can decide together to abstain from purchasing a partner’s pension. In that case, you
indicate your choice here.

Please note: both you and your partner must sign if you opt to waive the partner’s pension.
