Automated Question Paper Generation System

Bhirangi,Rohan
Bhoir, Smita

As a summary of the article “Automated Question Paper Generation System” by Rohan Bhirangi and
Smita Bhoir, that education is the most important way of achieving success. So, it is important to have a
well-prepared examination paper.
The proposed system being described in the article of Rohan Bhirangi and Smita Bhoir is a design of a
suitable automated system for generating questions papers and managing related data may prove vital
in an Educational Institute. The system is an integrated automated system that will stores questions
related to a particular course and prints based on its syllabus and curriculum. As also stated in the article
that the said proposed system where devised upon the Shuffling Randomization Algorithm and Role-
based Hierarchy model. The system undergoes revision by integrating an efficient question marking
system.
As the functions being stated in the article, a central administrator will have complete authority over all
tasks and users, the interface is provided using JAVA and MySQL database is used to store questions.
In terms of enhancing security, it used Secure Algorithms to store admin and user passwords.
So, the said proposed system of the article by Rohan Bhirangi and Smita Bhoir is quite difficult that
undergo so many revisions with the existing system yet the system is reliable in generating questions
paper with the model being used.
In relation to my proposed project system, the said article helps me to come up with the algorithm on
how to implement and what functions are necessary upon developing the said project. This article
somehow is important because it gives me some ideas and some related system design for my proposed
project system. For example, the architecture of the system which helps me to understand how the
possible flow of the system that I will be developing and what model I can use. Another one is the
proposed algorithm made in the chapter of implementation and results.
