A. OBJECTIVE OF EXPERIMENT
To study the ability fermentaion amylum, glucose, fructose, mannose,
galactose by some kind of inoculum pure yeast bread (Saccharomyces cerevisiae)
yeast tape and inoculum pure Rhizopus oligosporus.

C. WORK PROCEDURE
