Statement of the Problem

This study determines the customer’s satisfaction with the products, services and

store orderliness offered by fast food chain stores.

Specifically, it answers the following questions:

1. What is the profile of the respondents in terms of :

1.1 Age
1.2 Civil Status
1.3 Gender and
1.4 Employment

2. Level of customer satisfaction in terms of:

1.1 Products
1.2 Services
1.3 Store

3. Is there a specific reason why a customer visits a fast food store.

4. Based on the findings, what may be the suggestion and recommendations to


improve the overall fast food store operations.
