Statement of Hypothesis

The following alternative hypothesis is tested with significance.

H1: There is a specific reason as to why customer visits a fast food chain store.

Significance of the Study

The findings of the study are beneficial to the following:

Students. Since most of the students are busy and likes accessible and affordable
place to dine in. The study will benefit the students to be more responsive with the
following questions as to how they are satisfied.

Adults/Parents. This will benefit them by being guaranteed that they will
experience excellent satisfactory level.

Employees/Crews. This study will enable them to know the customers responses
and feedback and let them be aware on how to properly handle customers.

Store Management. The result of this study will serve as a basis for them to
implement new store rules and policies to increase customer satisfaction.

Researcher. The researchers would be able to learn and help the respondents to
share their experiences with the fast food chain stores.

Future Researchers. This study will help them to acquire more ideas and
information about the related topics that they are researching for.
