CHECKER

- Prepare equipment and materials needed prior to operation.

- Inspect the condition of truck before loading and unloading.
- Make sure that allowable temperature is hit for every
transaction.
- Check 100% accuracy of stocks received and issued. Must always
bring Receiving/ Withdrawal Tally Sheet. Take note of all the
details needed to log in tally sheet.
- Evaluate the quality of stocks. Assess items according to its
disposition: Good/Conditional/B.O.
- Put proper tagging in products.
- Ensure each transaction documents are completely filled-up and
well-recorded.
- Check/verify documents presented by Supplier such as:
- Prepare necessary incident reports for any discrepancies found
upon receiving or issuance. Submit to immediate superior for
validation.
- Perform other tasks given by immediate superior.
