HISTORY:

In the late 1962 - Fly Comfortably Services Inc. was founded in Metro Manila,
Philippines by Mr. Grinch The company designed and manufactured aircraft
interiors but mostly seats for the commercial and VIP markets concentrating on
the innovative and groundbreaking solutions of "jetlag".

After 22 years, Mr. Grinch retired, his dedication ensuring the health of the
company. Fly Comfortably Services Inc. focused their sights on market within
emerging economies, looking to develop and evolve national airlines to compete
on the world stage.

Four years later, we came up on board in the mid-1980s requiring component

repair services to our systems, we've also commissioned a range of innovative
products that backed up the promises made by our luxury brand. An airline
named Kinder Joy, launched by Sir Brandon Lancelot in 1984 with his promise of
luxury for upper class and business passengers driving the company ethos. To
fulfill the promise, one of the commissioned products designed and built by Fly
Comfortably Services Inc. was now the famous comfortable chair; the first in
flight relaxing chair on trans-Atlantic flights to be installed on the Boeing 747.

1997 - Fly Comfortably Services Inc. was acquired by Hanna Aviation and under
direction of managing director, Hanna Porras, there was to be planned merger
with Nikachu Equipments. Funded by Hanna Porras the merger combined skills,
trades and equipment levels across the group. With Hanna Aviation Group the
company kept up high quality production values and maintained a position
among its peers; the success of the company being shown in the quality of its
works and reactions from the market.

The Sleepless Family Reacquired Fly Comfortably Services Inc. and rebranding as
Comfly, based on Comfortable Flying in historical hangar 9497. The company had
once again outgrown the facility it was in, needing to move we've sought out
local premises. The search led us to our current location Terrado House,
Tinkywinky Woods Business Park only a kilometer away from hangar 9497. The
same year the first lazy boy chair upgrade project was won which was to
become a major Comfly product offering moving forwards.

Comfly celebrated its 50th anniversary last 2012. Comfly came a long way from
days of Fly Comfortably Services Inc., but as a one stop shop for quality work
from concept to completion, the original passion and drive to deliver high end
and commercial comfortability services to the best aircraft in the skies today.

April 2019, Comfly have been in partnership with the Maintenance and Repair
Operation (MRO), headquartered global maintenance and Repair Organization, in
order to obtain mutual benefits by expanding both companies' perseverance and
resourcefulness in this fast-developing segment of modern world.
