THESIS STATEMENT:
Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino program is a human development measure of the
National Government that provides conditional cash grants to the poorest of the poor, to
improve the health Nutrition and the education of children age 0 to 18 years old.

According to the study conducted by Ponce Et al (20009) entitled “conditional
cash Transfer Program in the Philippines” is it Reaching the extremely poor? The
Philippines Government shows its serious effort to combat poverty through the
continuous expansion of the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4P’s).
The Philippines versions of the CCt program modeled by Latin America
countries. The 4P’s by far is the most comprehensive and also controversial poverty
reduction program of the Philippines Government because of the huge amount of
money the Government is spending for this.
