Comment how does regulatory framework differs in case
of public entity, specialized and non-for-profit
organisation?

Not-for-profit and public organisation do not aim to achieve a profit but would be
accountable for income and costs. They would be accountable for their effectiveness,
efficiency and economy. They are not required to produce financial statements for
the public but would be preferable if they do.

The Not-for-profit organisation would benefit from the same attention that has been
paid, to simplify and improve the business regulation. The current regulatory
framework for not-for-profit organizations is characterized by uncoordinated regimes
at the state levels.
