I. RATIONALE:

Pursuant to DECS Order No. 36. S. 1997 which mandates all public elementary &

secondary schools to conduct a Mid-Year Performance Review and Evaluation (MPRE) preferably

at the end of the first semester of every school year, the Bagong Silang Elementary School, City

West District will conduct In-Service Training and Mid-Year Performance Review and Evaluation.

II. OBJECTIVES:

At the end of the activities, the participants will be able to:

1. Review the performance of teachers and school staff with a view addressing concerns through

cooperative efforts; and

2. Production of Instructional Materials (IMs).
