    DEMAND LETTER

    Dear Mr. Potian:

    Pax et bonum!

    In the interest of providing prompt services to our constituents which have been halted due to
    your inability to submit the complete documents during an unofficial turnover, I am formally
    requesting you to conduct a PROPER TURNOVER of documents to the newly appointed
    Treasurer of Barangay 621, Zone 62.

    Even after several verbal attempts and appeals I made, YOU HAVE NOT BEEN COMPLIANT
    with my request.

    Hence, I am writing this letter to you to FORMALLY DEMAND the submission of the
    AFOREMENTIONED DOCUMENTS including but not limited to receipts, budgetary documents
    and reports.

    This letter shall be construed as the FINAL REMINDER and WARNING. You are given seven (7)
    days to comply from the date of receipt of this letter.

    Should there be no compliance at all, I shall, upon the recommendation of my legal counsel, be
    constrained to file the necessary administrative and/or civil case against you.
