    LEMON VOLCANO

    INSTRUCTIONS:
    1. Have an adult prep the lemon by slicing the bottom off so that the
    SUPPLIES NEEDED: lemon can sit flat. Flip the lemon over and slice out the core.
    - 2 Lemons
    - Baking Soda
    - Food Coloring
    - Popsicle sticks
    - Dish soap
    - Tray (It gets messy)
    - Cup & Spoons

    2. Prepare extra lemon juice by slicing a second lemon in half and


    juicing it into a cup and set aside.
    3. Place your cored lemon on a tray and use the popsicle stick to
    mush the center of the lemon and bring the juices out into the
    center of the lemon. (Be sure to keep the juices in the lemon)
    4. Place a few drops of food coloring into the center of the lemon.
    5. Add a good squeeze of dish soap into the lemon. (This is not
    CHEMICAL REACTIONS: necessary for the reaction but it will cause the bubbles to ooze and
