AIOLI SAUCE

Classic mayo version. Suggested usage for chicken wings, burgers and dips. Aioli sauce
sounds fancy but it’s really just a garlicky mayonnaise. In some Mediterranean
cultures, aioli refers very specifically to sauce made from olive oil that has been
emulsified into mashed garlic.
Ingredients :
1L mayonnaise
1 cup garlic, fine minced
3 tsp lemon / calamansi
1 tsp salt 1 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp water
