NO DISCRIMINATION, NO HARASSMENT, and NO RETALIATION POLICY

The Company does not and will not tolerate acts of:
1) DISCRIMINATION or HARASSMENT toward applicants, employees, vendors, or guests because of race, national origin, color,
disability, sex, age, marital status, citizenship, religion, pregnancy, veteran status or sexual preference,
2) SEXUAL HARASSMENT toward applicants, employees, vendors or guests, or
3) RETALIATION against a person who files a charge of discrimination or harassment, participates in an investigation, or opposes any
unlawful employment practice.

The term "sexual harassment" includes, but is not limited to:


• Unwelcome sexual advances or propositions.
• Sexual comments such as those about one’s sex life, and sexual parts of the body.
• Using sexually degrading words to describe a person.
• Kidding and jokes about sex, and innuendo (saying one thing but meaning something sexual).
• Visual conduct including leering, making sexual gestures.
• Displaying of suggestive objects, pictures, cartoons, or posters.
• Suggestive or obscene letters, notes or invitations.
• Physical conduct such as touching, patting, pinching, brushing or rubbing against others, assault, impeding or blocking
movements.
• Demands or pressure for sexual favors or activity.
• Promises or suggestions that you will get special treatment if you have sexual contact.
• Threats or suggestions of poor treatment for not having sexual contact.
• Making threatening reprisals after a negative response to sexual advances.

A few examples of other harassment and discrimination are:


• Jokes, remarks or comments about peoples' race, national origin, color, disability, sex, age, marital status, citizenship, religion,
pregnancy, veteran status or sexual preference.
• Giving undesirable job assignments or hours, because of someone's race, national origin, color, disability, sex, age, marital
status, citizenship, religion, pregnancy, veteran status or sexual orientation.

**VIOLATION OF THIS POLICY WILL SUBJECT AN EMPLOYEE TO DISCIPLINARY ACTION UP TO AND INCLUDING IMMEDIATE
TERMINATION

WHAT YOU SHOULD DO:


If you think you are a victim of any discrimination, harassment, sexual harassment or other wrongful action that has been perpetrated
upon you by a supervisor or another employee, vendor or guest, then you should follow the steps below:
Or if you know or see or hear about someone being discriminated against, harassed, sexually harassed, or other wrongful actions, then
you should follow the steps below:
1) make your feelings known to the offender and ask the person to stop,
2) if it continues, or you do not feel comfortable with speaking to the person, then you are required to discuss the problem with your
supervisor/manager, and
3) if you do not feel comfortable with speaking to your supervisor/manger, or if an answer already given does not satisfy the matter, then
you should bring the matter to the attention of the next level of management or to the Human Resources Department as listed below.

DO NOT ASSUME THAT THE COMPANY IS AWARE OF YOUR PROBLEM. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to bring your complaints and
concerns to our attention so that we can help resolve them. As an Employee you have committed to make an immediate report to your
supervisor of any acts that offend you; or to call the next level of management, human resources department, officers or owners of the
company.

WHAT KBP Foods WILL DO: The company will take all reasonable steps to prevent discrimination, harassment and retaliation from
occurring. If you report such a problem, the company will quickly investigate the matter. Disciplinary action, which could include the loss of
their jobs, will be taken against people who:
• Sexually, racially, or otherwise illegally harass or discriminate against anyone.
• Mistreat or punish anyone for reporting illegal harassment or illegal discrimination, or for being a witness in any investigation.

WHAT KBP Foods WON’T DO: You will not be penalized in any way for reporting such conduct concerning yourself or another person.
KBP will not punish or discriminate against anyone because they:
• Opposed any employment practice that is discriminatory or illegal.
• Filed a charge of employment discrimination.
• Testified, assisted, or participated in an investigation, proceeding or hearing related to discriminatory or illegal employment
practices.

I accept the terms and conditions in the above policy, and I understand that any violations will subject me to disciplinary actions up to and
including termination.
