    USE OF THE COMPUTER IN THE ESTABLISHMENT OF PREVIOUS

    STANDARDS

    The computational systems are used to accumulate the real results of periods for direct material
    (MD), direct labor (MOD) and indirect manufacturing costs (CIF). Before there view of the existing
    product standards, the previous reports of prices and actual uses are shown to the indicated
    persons, such as the industrial engineer, the department, the performance reports, and the general,
    compare the MD, MOD and CIF standards with the real results.

    The systems computational are experts in the calculation of variations regard less of the complexity
    of the components of multiple materials, hand-held operations and large variable indirect costs. As
    new standards are established, they are often introduced to a model developed using an electronic
    spread sheet. The desired levels of inventory are included in the model, along with many other
    factors.

    Thus the software:

    1) Present the price standards for quantity standards


    2) Combine the components into product costs.
    3) It will multiply the standard costs of the product for the volumes planned to generate flexible
    budgets.

    The costs of the product, the profits and other figures resulting from the budgeted summary will be
    compared with the goals of the product costs and the profits that management wants to achieves.

    Revisions of standards may be necessary to frequently, computer systems are use to combine new
    approved standards and calculate the costs of the new product. These costs are automatically
    computationally introduced for cost control, inventory costing, budgeting, product planning, and
    record keeping.

    Manufacturers can use hundreds of standard quantities and prices of materials, labor, and indirect
    costs for all their products.

    Products and process. Lot of time is required to manually review the hundreds of existing
    standards and decide which ones need revision. Computer systems can help to high light the
    standards that seem like an example, if the actual hours of the hand need change. They are
    invariably smaller than the standard job hours, new methods of production or learning |
    could be presented.
