BRAIN IS BETTER THAN BEAUTY
Knowledge is power’ and brain is the container of knowledge. A man is different from a beast only
for his brain that makes him learn to differentiate between good and evil. Physical beauty is an
added quality. Life is enlightened for brains and not for beauty. A beautiful appearance with dull
brains is of no use. On the other hand, a bugle appearance having a powerful brain can produce
something for human welfare. So, brains have got prominence over beauty. Beauty and brains are
two vital factors foe humans. Someone would prefer having beautiful and good looking appearance
and feel they are very lucky. On the other hand, someone would prefer having brains. I would prefer
having brains than beauty.

Beauty is better than brains. What do you think? Think it over and over, again and again with your
excellent brains. See, you won’t do without your brains, but you can do without the looks. Beauty is
not an important thing. Why don’t you think about it this way instead? It is your birthday and you
were given a present by your parents. What do you think you would like better? The wrapping
paper, or the contents inside? The contents inside right? But then what would you do with the
wrapping paper? You would just scrunch it all up and throw it in the bin am I right? Exactly, it is just
like the beauty and the brains. Your beauty is just like the wrapping, it makes you look good. But
your brains is like the contents inside. It is what people care about more. Just like if you have a true
friend, they should like you just the way you are and not care if you’re pretty or not which refers to
‘throwing away the wrapping paper’. Your brains gives you your personality, your intelligence, how
you feel, and how you do everything else. Also, being able to talk or laugh is just much more fun
than strutting around like a peacock. Now, allow me to state the obvious and more to inform you on
why I strongly and clearly think that beauty is, indeed, not better than brains. Rather, we should call
it, brains is better than beauty.

Your brains will last much longer than your beauty. As you get older, your beauty will eventually
fade. As for the brains, they go on longer and even continues to grow and gather more information.
Maybe you are thinking, we can always just use make up or do surgery to make us continue to look
gorgeous. I will tell you why that is a terrible idea. One, you are wasting a lot of money on make-up,
especially if you are doing surgery. That will cost a lot. Two, having surgery or spending 1 hour to
stay looking ‘hot’ is just a plain waste of time. Doing all that is like covering up the ‘true’ you. It is like
lying straight to people’s faces every day. It is just like telling them, this is how you look like when
your true image is covered up under all those make-up or fake looks. . Even with make-up and
surgery, you cannot stop your beauty from disappearing as you get to age 50 and onwards. At that
time, you will still need your brains to survive with work since being a super model can no longer be
your choice. No problem at all, your brains will still work fine. Actually, your brains will become
smarter as you age from gathering more and more information as you go on. Your brains never stop
working unlike your beauty. This is proving that your brains will come in handy in life more than your
beauty ever will.

Saying your brains will come in handy is the right words. Why is your brains helpful? Well, stating the
obvious is that it allows you to think, talk, laugh, cry, have emotions, and breathe. I can basically list
on forever of what your brains allow you to do. Let’s put it in short, your brains let you have the life
you have having right now. Another example is that you are looking for a job and you are at a job
interview. You can just completely amaze them with your intelligence no? You might think to
yourself, but can’t the people with beauty just easily get a job as a celebrity, model, pop star, actor
and things like that? Well, I’m sorry to crush that idea of yours, but no. The truth is, chances are
really slim for people to rich stardom. Yes, there is a lot of famous people, but do you know how
many people there are in this world? So really, there is not much famous celebrity at all. So having
beauty does not mean you will become a super-rich model or a super successful actor. You need
brains, having fantastic talent and a lot of determination or amazing luck. But being a really
successful doctor or surgeon and having jobs like that, gives you a lot of pay as well just like being a
famous celebrity. It is even better because the job you are doing, allows you to help people and even
save a person’s life. Isn’t that much better than being a diva?

That statement/quote is all true. Some famous rulers, like Genghis Khan, who was brutal but
strategic. Cleopatra who was a powerful, wise and intelligent ruler. Napoleon Bonaparte, who had
really smart tactics. Hitler who was really intelligent and a great artist too! So much great and
powerful rulers! But do you know their secret to being so successful? Their secret is, their brains.
They are all really smart and intelligent people. They are such famous rulers that they are known all
around the world. I am sure you at least know two of them. You need intelligence to rule. You can’t
just stride in and say, I’m beautiful, now let me rule you all! It doesn’t work that way. If you do that,
you’d probably get beaten straight away. That probably gave you 1 second to rule. All the amazing
achievements there are in this world, for example, the inventions of new modern technologies,
discoveries of amazing facts, inventions of transport like cars, trains, planes and much more. They
are all invented by, not beauty, but the brains. The brains gives you such power. With great
intelligence, you can invent some wonderful things for the whole world! If you do, that would be
power right in your own hands. You can use your brains to become president. That is also power.

To conclude, It is said man is a worshiper of beauty. But only beauty wouldn’t do long. The appeal of
beauty must fade by the course of time. A man would found himself hapless and worthless with his
faded beauty. Nothing would remain to him ultimately. Talents are of great importance. Actually
beauty a little to man or man woman or to the total mankind. On the other hand, a talented man
gets the opportunity to give a lot to the whole world. If we judge we would easily comprehend that
talented persons have given us much more services rather than the beautiful persons. So I want to
assert that not beauty but brains win the heart of man ultimately.
