* Vision acuity is a part of eligibility for NDT certificate holders.
** Revision of fee structure is in progress and new fee structure will be uploaded accordingly. A candidate can apply for Training or Certification or both. The fee will be charged accordingly.

Notes:
 Application form, attested copies of education documents, experience certificates, copy of CNIC must reach to this office before deadline (for applicants from NCA/PAEC/Forces –
the deadline/closing-date is one month before course start date; and for other applicants – the deadline/closing-date is 3 months before course start date).
 Security Clearance: Applicants from private/govt. organizations must provide 5 copies of security forms along with 10 passport size pictures and 5 copies of CNIC (clearly
readable) before closing date; and Applicants from Armed Forces, NCA Orgs/Departments (except PAEC) may follow SPD SOP for NOC to enter SES, I-9 Complex. Entry is not
allowed without NOC/clearance.
 Course fee (Cheque/Pay order/Bank draft) in favour of “Head LAO (SES)” is to be forwarded to Manager (Trg & IS) one week before start of the course.
 07% discount in course fee is allowed for Members of PASNT (exclusive NCA) only in NDT certification courses.
 Applicant having SSC (Science) and 5-year NDT/method experience can be admitted in a Level-1 NDT Course, provided he qualifies the entry test to be conducted on first day of the
course. In case the entry test is not qualified, Rs. 7,000/- will be charged and the applicant will be eligible for training only.
 Direct access to Level-2 requires meeting the experience and training requirements (verifiable) for Level-1 plus Level-2.
 Training Book is provided on start of the course.
 Necessary Training Equipment is available. However, the candidate may bring his own equipment with prior consent.
 Pick & drop and accommodation facilities are not available for course participants.
 This is a tentative schedule and can be revised/cancelled at any time.
