Camtasia Screen Casting Computer Program

I don’t think the resources for Camtasia 9 was not really heavy at all because I had
an integrated graphic/video card that worked better for me. Camtasia picks up the default
card for rendering work, it did take long to start up and it does run well on my computer.
Tutorials were provided so I found it easy to use, the menu and main functions were laid
out and all the necessary functions were there upfront and the navigation of the software
was smooth and easy to follow. The quality of the video export was web-ready, it did not
give multiple options for resolution, size, and quality and yes it does have a web-ready
export function. The software does attract a cost but I had the option to use for the free trial
version for thirty (30) days. The program offered no special effects just the basic
transitions, annotation and option to adjust the audio. That’s what the free trial offer
nothing special.
Overall my only disappointment was seeing the constant presence of the watermark
with the words “free trial” in my video. I really enjoyed using the Camtasia software and I
would recommend it to my classmates.
