About Our Natural Product Chemists
Holly E. Johnson, Ph.D., Laboratory Director Kirtal Patel, Analytical Chemist
Dr. Johnson brings 20 years of natural products Kirtal has a BS in Biochemistry from Notre
experience to Alkemist. She has a BS in Botany Dame de Namur University. She is certified
and Environmental Biology from Humboldt in Regulatory Affairs through University of
State University of California, took a Ph.D. in California – San Diego. She is also studying

Jameson Lindberg, Analytical Chemist


Jameson has BS in Chemistry and a Masters
of Science in Natural Product Chemistry &
Pharmacognosy from University of the Sciences
in Philadelphia. While at Alkemist, he has
developed and validated a UPLC-MS method
for determination of cannabinoid content in
various complex matrices as presented at the
American Society of Pharmacognosy meeting
in 2015.
