hereby voluntarily depose and jointly declare:
1. That we are the brothers and sisters of LARRY BUENVIAJE TUAZON, Filipino citizen,
single;

2. That we know that Larry leased stall # B-6 located at the ground floor of Fiesta
Shopping Plaza, Recto Avenue, Manila;

3. That when our mother became bedridden and ultimately passed away, Larry was not
able to focus his attention in the operation of his business at Fiesta Shopping Plaza
that resulted to his inability to pay the rental and other expenses entailed in his
business;

4. That we are aware that our younger brother, ALLAN BUENVIAJE, is the one who
actually paid and still paying, up to the present, the rental and other expenses entailed
thereat fo the stall leased by Larry at Fiesta Shopping Plaza;

5. That in view thereby, jointly declare under oath, that we have no objection that our
younger brother ALLAN BUENVIAJE, be formally registered as your lessee of the
subject stall at Fiesta Shopping Plaza, in lieu of Larry B. Tuazon, as he (ALLAN) solely
assumed payment of rental and other expense charged by Fiesta Shopping Plaza for
the subject stall; and

6. That further, we do not have any interest to avail any benefit/privilege, if there is any,
for being a lessee of Fiesta Shopping Plaza.
