How does this assignment help prepare in your job search?

It was a really good assignment, which gave me a chance to think as the recruiter and select the

right candidate for the job posting. This experience helped me to understand the job description

in a better way. I learned that before applying for any job, I should see the job description and

the qualification thoroughly, and to make sure whether it matches with my personality, work

experience, qualification and working style. By researching the company and the job

descriptions, it gives the better idea what are they looking in the right candidate and how can I be

the best fit for the position. The questions that were prepared by the team for the presentation

were aimed to know how the candidate will apply their knowledge and experience in a given

situation. This part of the assignment was very really important , as through this activity, I

learned how should I demonstrate my skills and experience while answering the question in

interview, that can help the employer to understand my capability in a better way.
