Oversees all the park’s daily operations such as maintenance, customer service, and park
Deals with human resources and personnel
Plans and implements strategies to achieve constant improvements for visitor and employee
satisfaction
Liaises with contractors for the installation and integration of facilities
Implements budget and financial strategies
Monitors competitions
Maintains a critical oversight of marketing function
Accountable for financial performance and employee’s safety
Bachelor’s or Master degree in Business Administration or related
Proven experience in project management for at least 3 years
Results-oriented, can juggle multiple projects and get things done at time
Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
Wide degree of creativity is expected
Positive attitude and outlook on life
Possesses the personality traits of honesty, integrity, initiative, and self-confidence
