Exclusive Summary

Electronics that have been used in the past but returned to the vendor or
manufacturer for a variety of reasons are referred to as refurbished equipment. Then, to
make sure they are in good functioning order, these gadgets are extensively examined
and fixed. Refurbished electronics are frequently more affordable to buy than brand-new
ones, making them a desirable alternative for consumers trying to save money. It's crucial
to purchase from a respected manufacturer or vendor who gives a warranty or guarantee
when buying a reconditioned gadget. This will give you assurance and protection if there
are any problems with the equipment. When selling a refurbished device, it's important to
accurately describe the condition of the device and any repairs or upgrades that have
been made. This will help attract potential buyers and ensure a smooth transaction.
Overall, buying and selling refurbished devices can be a cost-effective and
environmentally friendly option for those in need of electronics.

REFURBISHED DEVICE BUY & SALE

Business logo

Type of business

The type of business we have chosen is the “refurbished device buy & sale” where
we will buy or receive devices that can be repaired and can still be sold and used. That’s
why we chose this type of business that is not only for us to grow but we can also to help
people who can’t afford expensive devices or gadgets. We will make sure that the products
we sell that you like are well made so, that everyone can benefit from them.

3
Mission

As a company that buys and sells refurbished devices, our mission is to be the best
choice for producing high-quality devices that are virtually indistinguishable from brand-
new, ones but at a much lower price. These devices will be meticulously inspected to
ensure that they are aesthetically. Pleasing as well as technically proficient which will be
guaranteed to function perfectly from a technical standpoint.

Vision

Our vision is to be the world’s leading, most profitable, and most trusted service
provider for manufacturing the most innovative refurbished devices in the world.

Value proportion

We understand that purchasing refurbished or new state-of-the-art electronics has

become a major source of concern for both buyers and environmentalists. We continue to
extract and use the planet’s natural resources in unprecedented ways to create our
technology. Organizations are increasingly concerned about the circular economy as
global sales continue to increase. Year after year. As a result, both producers and
consumers in almost all economic areas are looking for new and environmentally friendly
options. We want to help reduce the impact on the environment. New initiatives include
the purchase of reconditioned devices such as phones and tablets, the ability to upgrade
parts of your smartphone, and the manufacture of other devices. At the same time, you
will save money, and the reasons for this have been discovered to be a concern for the
environment and circular economy in addition to saving money. For them, buying a
refurbished device is an ideal option because of the monetary benefit associated with it.
Such phones have taken a huge price drop compared to the new product. In other words,
a refurbished device can be said to be available at a discounted price. Buying a
refurbished device depends entirely on a large measure of quality. Such phones are tested
for their quality and functionality for their continuous performance.

4
Description of the product or service (Features and Benefits)

Refurbished devices buy & sale is the best option if you want a device with updated
technology for a reasonable price. These mobile devices are low price than other new
models. You can get your preferred old or more modern mobile device from any brand at
a very low cost as a result. Refurbished devices undergo a comprehensive process
involving several tests to ensure flawless operation. The reason manufacturers and
authorized dealers don’t sell damaged or broken devices are that they respect their
reputation. You can be confident that you will receive a fully functional device when you
buy a refurbished device from a reliable vendor like refurbished buy & Sales. Refurbished
electronics are available with warranties. The warranty or money-back guarantee is
another advantage of purchasing a reconditioned device. When you purchase refurbished
devices from an authorized dealer or vendor like refurbished device buy & sales, you often
receive a good warranty period. You will often get a warranty card that is good for 90 to
180 days. Some sellers also provide a money-back guarantee. That indicates that you
have a specific number of days to return it to them. If you are dissatisfied with your
purchase, you may potentially be eligible for a full refund.

Every benefit

A refurbished device buys & sells can have many advantages over a brand-new
one, including the possibility to insure your gadget. Most third-party phone sellers
guarantee the phones if you buy them directly. Another common feature of refurbishment
is a warranty. It will be guaranteed to protect your gadget in the event of a problem. All
devices bought from the internet come with a warranty as usual and a return policy in case
the customer changes their mind.

ransomware, accidents, natural disasters, and other
potentially harmful events that could disrupt business
operations.

5
➢ The cause of these risks will be stoppage of operation, low

income, and loss of business.
IMPACT

➢ We are creating a process and method for a risk plan, and

we can use TOWS Analysis because in TOWS Analysis we

can create strategies to make more ideas for our business.
PLANNED ➢ We will make sure that the equipment is in order and in the
correct process that is placed in each of their places,
ACTIONS
especially the systems that will be used for devices that
need to be upgraded. And we will make sure that no matter
how perfect the appearance of our product is, it will be
useful and pleasant to look at.
REQUIRED ➢ We all know that when we talk about doing business like
this, we need to spend a lot of money to fill the things that
RESOURCES
will be needed for doing business and workers if we can’t
afford it. Especially when the business gets bigger and
bigger, so we will get and get whatever is needed to make
the business run smoothly.
PARTIES ➢ For big companies or businesses, the ones responsible for
the risks are all the enterprises because we can’t
RESPONSIBLE
determine that the manager is the one who failed, or the
marketing is the one who has the failure because it could
be stuff or whoever because that’s why we all have
something to answer for the dangers to come. But let’s say
that the manager is responsible for that cause, but
everyone is still there to help so that the business does not
lose because the business will not develop or grow without
everyone’s cooperation. But in a business like ours, we can
be the only ones responsible for the risks because we are
the ones who made and planned.
PROPOSED ➢ As far as I know, the risks that I mentioned are not just lost,
especially in business, but for me, it is possible to reduce
TIMELINE
them and avoid them earlier because I will not let that be

6
the reason for the collapse of my business. So as long as
I can prevent such risks I will do so immediately.
MONITORING ➢ we will create a risk plan so that we can monitor the risks
from not occurring again or reduce them.

TARGET MARKET PROFILE

Area coverage

Refurbished devices buy & sale target area coverage is Binan City along with its
districts. We chose this area because it has a big population and as a start-up business,
Refurbished devices buy & Sale decided to begin with the location where it was located
so that the locations of the customers will be familiar and easy to find for the delivery
services. Hence, Binan City is one part of Laguna province. So, this can lead to a higher
number of potential customers.

ADVERTISING

We chose internet advertising to promote our business and for the customers to know our
services offered. We decided to make a poster that we will post on our social media
accounts. Hence, we could also use it for outdoor advertising since the poster we will be
making could be a leaflet at the same time. Moreover, internet advertising will help us find
the right audiences because it targets the ones who are more likely to be interested in
what we are offering. Here is the

Section A: Marketing Strategy

A. Define and analyze your Marketing Objectives. Follow the S.M.A.R.T. framework
when choosing.

your marketing goals: Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant, and Time-based

goals.

Specific: I will reduce spending while increasing revenue. Operational expenditures will be
decreased by moving to a more cost-effective location that will result in a 7% rent
reduction.

Measurable: By signing up 5 additional potential customers, I will improve revenues over

the following 3 months.

Attainable: I will strengthen my existing client ties and advertise the company online, in
person, and through social media. This will assist me in generating more leads, which will
boost business income.

Relevant: shifting to a less expensive location will lower my company's operating

expenses and open the door for increased earnings.

Time-bound: By the conclusion of the upcoming three months, I will have increased my
profit.

B. The marketing objectives should answer the following questions

What is the focus of your marketing efforts?

All marketing efforts center around the consumer. The goal of marketing is to create
fulfilling interactions that benefit both consumers and marketers. Understanding our
customers is essential to our market focus. This entails being aware of our rivals and
foreseeing their upcoming moves. Understanding the general dynamics and forces at play
in the market and how they could impact our firm are all part of our market focus.

What short-term and long-term results do you expect?

My short-term objective is to land a demanding and gratifying job in a vibrant company

where I can apply my knowledge and talents to contribute significantly. Long-term, I want
to grow my career and take the lead in my industry. I am constantly seeking ways to learn

13
and develop, and I am confident that if I put in the necessary effort and commitment, I can
succeed in my professional endeavors.

When do you expect these objectives?

The objective is time-bound for the upcoming three months. The individual expects to
achieve these objectives by the end of that period.

Who is responsible for attaining objectives?

The responsibility of attaining the objectives falls on the person or team that is responsible
for managing the company's finances and operations. This may be the business owner,
CEO, CFO, or other designated individual or team.

How do you plan to achieve the results?

To achieve these results, the person or team responsible may need to conduct market
research, develop a marketing plan, negotiate with landlords, and track progress toward
the goal regularly. It may also be helpful to set specific targets and milestones along the
way to stay on track and ensure that progress is being made toward the overall objective.

Section B: Target Market Profile

Choose a specific target market for your proposed business

The one we chose, or the RDB&S SHOP target market is just related to devices that
can still be repaired or made a way just to be more useful for some time we also bought
devices that can still be used or made a way and we sell it based on the quality of the
device that has been repaired. And we have chosen the place where we will place our
shop for the business, we will build it in the City of Binan Laguna where we can be sure
that our business will be better known because we are in a big market.

Startups have a significant impact on the economy even though we are still a small
company. They increase employment by creating more jobs, suggesting the economy will
grow. In addition, a start-up encourages competition and innovation, both of which help
boost the economy. By pre-stocking your desk and workspace with all the goods you need
before you need them, you can increase efficiency and save on costly delivery costs. To
keep things running smoothly, you should take stock of all the resources your workplace
needs and replenish supplies as needed. Overall productivity can be increased by
investing in equipment that allows workers to work faster and eliminates manual labor and
repetitive tasks.

Refurbished Devices Buy & Sales choose the revenue model “Personal Investment” and
why personal investment is our chosen revenue model we decided because we are the
ones who will build this business so we will use the money from ourselves to start or buy
the necessary equipment to build the business Another reason is that in the event that our
business goes bankrupt, we won't have much to worry about or have a big problem and
we can immediately find a way to do it, we won't bother other people at that time.
