Please Do Not Forget:

- This pass allows entry of only one person and is valid only for IIT Delhi Community.
- This pass is not valid without an IIT Delhi photo identity card (Institute I Card,
Hospital card, Residence card etc.).
- Please bring a printout / show on mobile phone when you come for entry to pronite.
- Entry to the venue is through main gate 1 of the field (opposite Bharti building)
and the gate will close at 6:30 pm in the evening.
- Duplication or digital modification of this ticket will lead to confiscation of ID card..
- Carry-on items like shoulder bags, laptop bags, briefcases are not allowed in the pronite.
- For security reasons, water bottles and food items are not allowed inside the venue.
- Drinking water is available in the sports pavillion and as well on food stalls inside the venue.
- Due to loud sound, it is not safe venue for children below the age of 12 years.
