Through this letter I would like to inform you that I am resigning from the
job post of a nurse from your respective hospital. The last date of my
employment at Ospital ng Cabuyao would be 7 t h Aug 2018.

I have been offered a job abroad as a nurse that can further my nursing
career growth and competency. Please understand that my decision has nothing to
do with the exceptional opportunity you have provided in Ospital ng Cabuyao for the
past 4 years.

I regret to leave this place which I consider as my second home. I wish to thank the
medical and nursing staff for enabling me to learn as much as I did and for their kind
attitude towards me and also would like to take this opportunity to first of all
thank you for having faith and belief in my nursing skills and for presenting
me with an opportunity to serve the patients and my fellow Cabuyeños. I will
always remember my time at Ospital ng Cabuyao for the personal growth it afforded
me.
