    Subject : Order-in-Appeal No. Appeal/CE/PKL/57/2019-20 dated 22.07.2019 passed


    by Ld. Commissioner (Appeals), Panchkula w.r.t. Appeal No.
    Appl/PKL/Commr/23/2019-20 filed against OIO No. R/51/DC/KNL/2018-19
    in the matter of M/s Modern Dairies Ltd.- reg.

    Please refer to your letter reference no. nil dated 08.08.2019 on the above cited
    subject vide which modification / rectification of subject order-in-appeal passed by
    Commissioner (Appeals) has been sought.

    In this regard, it is to inform you that your letter dated 24.07.2019 wherein copy of
    the CESTAT Final Order No. 60697/2019 dated 21.05.2019 was attached was received in this
    office on 24.07.2019. However, the subject matter was decided by the Ld. Commissioner
    (Appeals) on 22.07.2019 i.e. before receipt of the order of Hon’ble Tribunal. Therefore,
    rectification / modification of the subject Order-in-Appeal No. Appeal/CE/PKL/54/2019-20
    dated 22.07.2019 can not be done now.
