Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program ao [wie 02- hon~ oe FOR THE REGIONAL DIRECTORS Field Office NCR, CAR, F-IIL,IV-CLBRZN,IV-MMRP,V-XIL, CARAGA FROM THE NATIONAL PROGRAM MANAGER Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program SUBJECT Information on the eligibility of Pantawid Pamilya beneficiaries with Child Laborers to avail DILEEP Assistance DATE August 6, 2018 This is to share with the Regional Offices the copy of DOLE’s memorandum on the eligibility of Pantawid Pamilya parents of child laborers to avail assistance from DOLE Integrated Livelihood and Emergency Employment Program (DILEEP). ‘As stated in Section 10 of DOLE Department Order no 173 series of 2017 with subject Revised Guidelines in the Implementation of DILLEP, beneficiaries of the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps) and other government employees, including those at the Local Government Units, are not eligible to avail of the program. However, DOLE issued a memorandum dated June 28, 2018 and cascaded 10 their respective Regional Offices, that clarified the decision of parents of child laborers who are Pantawid Pamilya beneficiaries are eligible to avail the DILEEP assistance subject to existing rules and regulations of the program. With the above-mentioned clarification, we advise the DSWD Regional Offices to prepare and provide the list of beneficiaries with cases of child labor to DOLE Regional Office.
