    As a part of our recruitment process please complete the following case study to demonstrate that your
    competencies align with what we are looking for in this role. Please create a simple study case in power
    point format with maximum 10 slides and bring to us on your next presentation.

    The objective is to get to understand how you plan for driver acquisition, driver development program,
    driver supply positioning;

     Explain the potential target 4 Wheels (MPV, VAN, PICK UP BAK, PICK UP BOX) (driver) market /
    partner you’ve chosen and why?
     If you are competitor’s driver, what makes you interested join as Lalamove 4 Wheels (MPV,
    VAN, PICK UP BAK, PICK UP BOX) driver, and why?
     Describe your driver acquisition plan 4 Wheels (MPV, VAN, PICK UP BAK, PICK UP BOX) and
    partnership form with community if you choose one.
     Describe your plan how to make driver stay 4 Wheels (MPV, VAN, PICK UP BAK, PICK UP BOX) on
    Lalamove platform.
