Mail Merge

Technology have done a great part for the progress of each country. It made the life easier
or it simplifies all the human work. One of the most useful advancement of technology is in
computers. Computers has been used for a lot of people like professionals, students and others
for individuals interests. Mail Merging a part of a Microsoft word in a computer wherein it
enables users to send a similar letter or document to multiple recipients. It also connects a single
form template with a data source that contains information about the recipient’s name, address
and other predefined and supported data. Mail merge also has served as the gateway for the
difficult work to be easier. It does not reflect the laziness of people but to make the work faster
and to have a lot of work to be done in a short period of time.
Mail Merging is not that difficult to apply as long you have familiarize the keys or tools
already. In my experience, I just had encounter a little problem because of my computer so I had
to transfer to other computer and I was a little bit late with the discussion but in the end I finished
it well and on time. Hyper linking was a big part in mail merging and as what I’ve said you have
to get to know with the keys and tools first so that you won’t struggle during the assessment.
All things are hard if you think that it is. Passion and determination makes a work to be
successfully done. Studying needs time, patience and effort. So, no matter what the lessons are,
no matter who the teacher is, no matter what day it is, studying and learning are important and as
a student I have to embrace the reality. All things are interconnected and all the lessons that I’ve
been through will always have a big part in my present and future lessons. For I already had a
stock knowledge on my previous grades mail merging now is easy for me for I have familiarize
almost the tool and parts of Microsoft word.
In application, I need to practice more mail merging for me not to forget it and use my
learning in school or when I’m out of school.
