REFLECTION PAPER

Swimming is an individual or team sport that

requires the use of one's entire body to move
through water. This sport takes place in pools or
open water. Unfortunately, I don’t know how to
swim. So I keep practicing and studying swimming.
We have learned about freestyle. On the first day, It
was so exhausted practicing hard, but at the end of
the day we have learn something. Most strokes
involve rhythmic and coordinated movements of all
major body parts torso, arms, legs, hands, feet, and
head. Breathing typically must be synchronized with
the strokes, too.
REFLECTION PAPER

We learned front crawl, the fastest style for

swimming on the surface. Done while face down.
The arms alternate while the legs perform a flutter
kick. Breathing must be synchronised with the
strokes. On the second day of our P.E, we had a
practice for our practical test. We keep improving
and improving. It increases my lung capacity and
makes my heart pump better. It helps me build
endurance, muscle strength, and cardiovascular
fitness. I also choke some water during our practice.
Knowing how to swim can use in survival
emergencies.
REFLECTION PAPER

We practice so hard , and keep improving thanks to

our teacher. I keep struggling in my breathing but I
handle it slightly. We keep swimming and swimming
until the day has come. Our practical test its about
freestyle 4 laps, but I didn’t attend because I have a
sick. But I want to learn to swim properly. That’s
why I keep studying and keep swimming
