TUG OF HOOP In the game of tug of hoop, both players have a hooked staff and there is one hoop at about knee-height. To begin, the two players draw a line in between them dead center under the hoop. Then they both hook the staffs at either end of the hoop and they simultaneously pull in opposite directions. The first one to cross the drawn line wins.
