OBJECTIVES

This Course is in furtherance to the General Principles of Contract Law. The Main objective of the course is
to cover special contractual relationships, comprising Bailment, Pledge, Indemnity, Guarantee, Agency,
Sale of Goods and Partnership. The emphasis shall be on the principles governing each of these special
contracts, the relevant provisions under the statutes and application of these provisions in the land - mark
judgments through case study method. Attention shall also be paid on duly equipping students with a
practical insight on various aspects of these special contracts.
