We are pleased to inform you that you passed the Final Interview and Assessment for the position of TRAINING &
DEVELOPMENT MANAGER at WE LEAD GROUP HOLDINGS INC (WLGHI) with shared services to affiliates WE LEAD
DEVELOPMENT LAND INC and WE LEAD COMTECH INC and soon other WE LEAD GROUP of Companies to do Training
Needs Analysis and translate them into Training and seminar that will further enhance & develop their knowledge of the
business on top of training external clients.
Hereunder are the details of your Job Offer as Probationary and when become Regular
*Company Initiated Benefits 1. Shuttle service to Camp Benjamin vise versa Head Office
2. Allowable Expenses that requires official receipt during reimbursement.
A. If the shuttle service is not available and personal vehicle was used, actual
fuel consumption up to maximum of P2,500 is reimbursable plus Toll Fees per
official trip to Camp Benjamin.
B. Meals allowance of P150.00/meal when performing job outside the office.
C. Monthly actual representation allowance up to P5,000.00 for 3rd party client
meetings only.
3. Monthly Mobile Phone Allowance P2,500.00. No. Receipts Required.
4. Annual Clothing Allowance of P3,000.00 or P250.00/month
5. SSS, PhilHealth and Pag-ibig
6. 10 VL & 10 SL
Your initial employment status in WLGHI is probationary. Your regularization is highly dependent on your performance
evaluation based on your KRA/KPI and your professional behavioral skills. Evaluation will be given upon reaching three
(3) months until five (5) months.
Should you fail to meet the expectations of the Job assigned to you and the behavioral skills expected, your employment
may be terminated any time with such cause.
Your work location will be at the Head Office of WLGHI, with address: Unit 2102, Galleria Corporate Center, EDSA
Quezon City cor.Ortigas Center Pasig City Ugong Norte or you may hold office at Camp Benjamin located at Alfonso
Cavite as needed or can be assigned to the other WLGHI branches & WLDLI land/structures properties to conduct
Training, Seminars and Developmental skills or program.
Will also do field works as directed by the Chief Operations Officer or the President and CEO.
Work schedule will be from Monday to Friday, 9:00am-6:00pm.
